Rahul Gandhi will be answered till November 8 - Election Commission of India

In case of violation of code of conduct by the Election Commission notice to Rahul Gandhi Congress vice-president did not answer. He had asked for seven days after application. But the Commission just four days . Now, on 8 November, will answer to the notice. Gandhi on BJP's complaint to the Election Commission had issued a notice on October 31.
He Churu , Rajasthan, on October 23 and October 24 in Indore, Madhya Pradesh had electoral rallies. He alleged that the BJP in these rallies violated the model code of conduct. But Rahul did not respond. He wrote to the Chief Election Commissioner VS Sampath  He also asked for seven days to answer. Argued that he received notice on October 31 at 9.30 pm nightly. Festivals because of the holidays. His itinerary is already set. So he did not get a chance to talk to the lawyers on this issue .
